The creation of our studio is based on the idea that not everyone enjoys the public, marketing-based, busy, and intimidating environment that a public gym offers. Established in 2003, our studio is one that is dedicated to people of all ages, all walks of life, and all abilities. The privacy offered lends confidence, and self-esteem, and our trainers are there to instill this in each individual.

The greatest thing about Bounce is the private training environment. No line-ups for machines, no waiting for equipment, no music too loud to hear your trainer, and no rude members. This is what Bounce has built its business model around—taking everything out of the gym environment that is displeasing to members.

You get our full attention during your custom training session with only two trainers and two clients present at any one time at our private facility.
