Megan has enjoyed a 25+ year career in the same 4 city blocks in the downtown core, and is the owner of Bounce. Its central location has allowed Megan to focus on the issues that specifically affect the demographic of professionals that work downtown.

Collaborating with other professionals to ensure you get the best results possible.

Megan works in close conjunction with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists and has developed an extensive knowledge of issues and syndromes that affect her clients.

Using these connections and relationships has allowed her to develop an intuitive understanding and complete treatment philosophy that has been completely successful.

Private gym settings so you can feel confident when you workout.

The idea of Bounce was based around the fact that a lot of people are uncomfortable in the gym setting, and would prefer something more private, and less intimidating.

Feel good about how you look.

Her belief is that if these things are addressed, they can be done in conjunction with feeling good about how one looks, which is an important psychological component to overall health. You can be buff, as long as you have a good foundation!

Tailoring your workout plan and improving your lifestyle.

Since 2015, Adam has been a pleasure to have on our team! He has a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion from Algonquin College, is Canfit and Canada Fitness Kickboxing certified.

Adam tailors each workout plan to his clients needs and goals, and is insistent on improving their lifestyle. He uses his spare time cycling, doing half marathons, and obstacle courses. He also teaches group classes, is well versed about weight loss, postural correction, and injury rehabilitation. Adam works closely with RMTs, chiropractors, and physios, and takes pride in being able to translate their knowledge into the his clients programs.

Morgan McManus

Perfecting your basic movement patterns to increase strength and prevent injury.

Morgan works with all ages and abilities, from varsity athletes to 70+ years young. His teaching format revolves around perfecting basic movement patterns and applying safe and effective programs to increase strength and prevent injury.

Morgan has extensive training in gymnastics, has kettlebell certifications, is an amazing snowboarder, and is currently in the middle of completing a degree in Kinesiology at the Universtity of Ottawa. In the three years at Bounce, he’s proven to be an amazing asset to our team. We’re lucky to have him!

Julia has over 13 years of personal training experience from Ukraine, bringing a practical and diverse set of skills to Canada. Specializing in functional and strength training and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Julia takes special care to ensure that your workouts fit seamlessly into your daily routine.

Recently certified with Canfitpro, Julia approaches fitness methodically, focusing on practical goals such as freedom of movement and increased energy. Her belief is simple: with perseverance and consistency, any goal is achievable.
